Our Story
Our Influencers was born from a simple question: when did influence become more about what you can sell than the difference you can make?
Founded by Tskenya-Sarah Frazer, Pride of Britain, broadcaster and community leader, the idea came from her own growing “influencer fatigue”. Tired of endless scrolling, constantly being sold a product or presented with an unattainable lifestyle, Tskenya began questioning who we choose to celebrate as influential.
While huge platforms and follower counts have become synonymous with influence, some of the most remarkable people are making a difference every single day without an audience watching — in our families, workplaces, neighbourhoods and communities.
And that's where Our Influencers was born.
Our Influencers exists to shift the spotlight. To celebrate everyday people. To tell uplifting, human stories. And to remind us that influence isn't about how many people follow you, but the impact you leave behind.
Everything we do is rooted in kindness, community, inclusion, authenticity and human connection. In a world that can often feel divided, we want to create a corner of the internet that reminds us of the good in people.
It starts here in Britain, but the ambition is much bigger.
One day, we hope to find and celebrate Our Influencers all over the world.
Our values
Kindness.
The small things are often the big things.
We believe kindness has the power to change a day, a perspective and sometimes even a life. We celebrate the people who choose to make things a little better for those around them.
authenticity.
Real people. Real stories. Real influence.
No filters, follower counts or picture-perfect lifestyles required. We want to tell honest stories about everyday people and the genuine impact they have on others.
Inclusion.
Everyone deserves to be seen.
Influence exists in every community, culture, generation and walk of life. We want Our Influencers to reflect the richness of the world around us and create a platform where everyone can belong.
Connection.
People need people.
At a time when the world can feel increasingly disconnected and divided, we want to bring human connection back to the centre. Our stories should start conversations, bring people together and remind us how much we can mean to one another.
