At the end of each week, one eligible Influencer will be selected at random to receive a prize or gift from Our Influencers.

How the recipient is selected

The recipient will be chosen using an independent online randomiser to ensure the selection process is fair and impartial. Being nominated or featured does not guarantee that an individual will receive a gift.

Notification and delivery

Once an Influencer has been selected, we will contact the person who nominated them using the contact details provided with the nomination.

The nominator may be asked to provide:

• A suitable photograph of the selected Influencer

• The postal address to which the gift should be sent

• Any other information reasonably required to arrange delivery

The nominator must have permission to share the selected Influencer’s photograph and delivery details with us. This information will only be used to announce the recipient and arrange delivery of the gift, unless further consent is provided.

If we do not receive a response or the necessary information within the timeframe stated in our message, we may select another recipient using the same random process.

Funding and sponsorship

Unless stated otherwise, all gifts and prizes are purchased and paid for by Our Influencers.

If a prize or gift has been sponsored, donated or gifted by a particular person, organisation, brand or agency, this will be clearly acknowledged in our relevant social media posts and other public communications.

Accepting a gift does not require the selected Influencer to promote or endorse Our Influencers or any sponsor unless this has been discussed and agreed separately.

General conditions

Prizes and gifts are subject to availability and may differ from those shown in promotional materials. They cannot normally be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

Our Influencers reserves the right to amend, postpone or withdraw a prize or gift where circumstances beyond our reasonable control make this necessary. Any changes will be communicated as clearly as possible.
